Bhoj Vrisa
Located in a lively mixed-use neighborhood in Jaipur, Bhoj is a multi-cuisine restaurant designed by Scapesmiths. Surrounded by hospitals, hotels, offices, and residences, the project was envisioned as a welcoming dining destination that reflects the richness of Indian culture while maintaining a contemporary sensibility.
An intimate dining environment where contemporary planning meets the warmth of Indian hospitality, creating a spatial narrative rooted in colour, craft, and cultural familiarity.
The spatial planning organizes the restaurant into three distinct yet interconnected zones — a reception and waiting lounge, a vibrant main dining hall with layered seating arrangements, and a private dining room designed for larger gatherings. Clear circulation pathways allow effortless movement through the space while maintaining intimacy within each seating cluster. The private dining area is positioned deeper within the layout, using arches, drapery, and ceiling articulation to create both visual separation and acoustic comfort.
A vibrant palette of blues, yellows, reds, and greens is balanced with warm neutral surfaces, while handcrafted artwork, brass railings, and jharokha-inspired arches introduce subtle cultural references. Rippled ceiling details and a central chandelier create moments of drama without overwhelming the space.
The project reflects Scapesmiths’ approach to hospitality design—where spatial efficiency, cultural storytelling, and quiet material richness come together to create an inviting and enduring dining environment.
